I ordered set of 6 cups and 5 of them were broken. The package was done very carelessly. I wanted a refund but they said that option isn't available instead, they gave a 12 month validity coupon of rupees 666/-. I paid 843/- for the set of 6 cups and fortunately one cup was saved and for that they charged for one cup. So disappointed by the customer care. Careless packing was their fault and inspite of that, they charged for the one cup that dint break. Disappointed with the purchase.
