Weaving Homes Return & Refund Policy
At Weaving Homes, all our products are individually handcrafted by skilled artisans of India, making each piece unique and a celebration of traditional craftsmanship. Due to the handmade process, there might be slight variations in color, texture, shape, or size, which are part of the product’s charm and not considered defects. Additionally, given the fragile nature of our ceramics, issues may sometimes arise during transit despite careful packaging.
Below is detailed information regarding returns and replacements should you face any concerns with your order.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement:
• Incorrect Item: If you receive an item that does not match the description on our website or is the wrong product altogether, you are eligible for a replacement at no extra charge.
• Defective or Damaged Product: If the product you receive has a genuine manufacturing defect or damage, you are eligible for a replacement or store credit. Please note that slight variations in color tone, shape, or size due to the handmade nature of our products are not considered defects.
Conditions and Limitations:
• Pre-Orders: Items with Pre-Order status cannot be cancelled and will ship with the rest of your order.
• Time Limit: All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via email to customers.weavinghomes@gmail.com. Emails or images sent after this timeframe will not be considered.
• Documentation: Your return request email must include the following information:
o Order number
o Delivery address
o Unboxing video (highly recommended)
o Reason for return
o (For defective/incorrect items) Image of the product
• Incorrect Shipping Information: We will not be able to offer refunds for orders that are returned back to us due to incorrect /incomplete shipping addresses or Incorrect contact details provided by the customer. We can reship the package at your expense (Rs. 120).
• Refused Packages: If a package is refused upon delivery after three attempts by the shipping agency, we cannot offer a refund. We can reship the package at your expense (Rs. 120).
• Tampered Package: If the packaging appears tampered with upon delivery, do not accept the package and return it to the delivery person before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).
Return & Replacement Process:
1. Email your return request to customers.weavinghomes@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with the required documentation.
2. Upon approval of your return request, we will arrange for the return shipment.
3. Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your request within 7-10 working days. This may involve:
o Replacement: If a replacement is available, we will ship it to you at no additional cost.
o Store Credit: If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a store credit for the full amount of your purchase.
We reserve the right to make the final decision on all return and replacement requests.
