Some guidelines for custom mugs -
- Only handmade designs are possible in customisation
- Custom orders take 30-45 days depending on the design
- We ONLY accept prepaid custom orders, please note any order placed under COD for customization will be auto cancelled.
- Please ensure the design of the mug is doable by artisans and is not very complex.
- Since these are handmade products, please expect variations in the final product
