  • A pinch of black salt

  • Mint leaves (optional)

Instructions: Mix lemon juice, sugar, black salt, and water. Stir well until sugar dissolves. Add crushed mint leaves and serve chilled.


2. Aam Panna (Raw Mango Drink)

Ingredients:

  • 1 raw mango (boiled & peeled)

  • 2 tbsp sugar or jaggery

  • ½ tsp cumin powder

  • Black salt to taste

  • Mint leaves

  • Cold water

Instructions: Blend boiled mango pulp with sugar, spices, and mint. Add cold water and mix well. Serve with ice cubes.


3. Watermelon Mint Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups watermelon (deseeded & chopped)

  • Few mint leaves

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Ice cubes

Instructions: Blend watermelon and mint leaves. Add lemon juice and ice. Strain if needed. Serve chilled.


4. Coconut Water with Lemon & Mint

Ingredients:

  • 1 glass of fresh coconut water

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Mint leaves

  • A pinch of black salt

Instructions: Mix coconut water with lemon juice and black salt. Add crushed mint for flavor. Serve cold.

  • 1 cucumber (peeled & chopped)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • Cold water or soda
