1. Coconut Ladoo

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups desiccated coconut (plus extra for coating)
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a pan over low heat, mix desiccated coconut and condensed milk. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan (around 5–7 minutes).
  2. Add cardamom powder for flavor, if desired.
  3. Let the mixture cool slightly, then roll it into small balls (ladoo).
  4. Coat the ladoos with extra desiccated coconut.
  5. Let them set for 30 minutes before serving.

2. Fudge (Chocolate or Plain)

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (for chocolate fudge) OR 2 cups white chocolate chips (for plain fudge)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
  2. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased or parchment-lined pan and smooth the top.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Cut into squares and serve.

3. Caramel Toffee

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions:

  1. In a non-stick pan, combine condensed milk, butter, and brown sugar.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and turns golden brown (around 8–10 minutes).
  3. Pour the mixture onto a greased plate or baking sheet. Spread evenly.
  4. Allow it to cool, then cut into squares or roll into small balls.
